 With her enormous experience and extraordinary skills, she founded HRM Consulting, INC, in the year 1992. With her consulting firm, she assists all the no-profit, corporate, and government organizations with their human resources policies development and implementations. She not only works for private clients but also offers her valuable services to the state of California and the Federal government.

 Academics

As she is a dynamic personality, she has a clear vision and leaves no stone unturned to achieve her goals, as a result, she holds a strong academic background. In the year 1988, she completed her Bachelor’s from the University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ, and pursued her Masters of Business Administration in Computer Technology Integration Emphasis and Organization Behavior & Human Resource, in 1992.

 Career

After the year of practice, she has joined Columbia College in Sonora, California and served as a Business Essentials instructor. Later on, she joined the Modesto Junior College in order to polish her extraordinary skill set.

Besides a human resources expert, she has a wide experience in teaching as she worked as a teaching assistant several universities including the University of Arizona as well as Sacramento State University.
