Eduard de Guardiola founder of Vista announces financing of its newest community in the metro Atlanta area. The project was funded with a $18.45 Million construction loan from Regions Bank and $2.25 Million mezzanine loan by Merrill Lynch Capital.
Located just north of the intersection of Buford Highway and I-285, Parkside Vista Apartments is the second multi-family component of Global Forum, Gwinnett County’s first mixed-use development, which also includes Copper Leaf Townhomes and Global Forum Shopping Center.
This gated community of one, two and three bedroom apartments will include such amenities as a resort style pool, car care center, and state-of-the-art fitness facility. Parkside Vista is also in close proximity to the Doraville MARTA rapid rail station and is located on the Gwinnett County bus route.
