Delivery

- Any Singaporean local order with a total value under SG$50 will incur a $2 delivery cost.
- All Singaporean purchases above SG$50 are sent free. Delivery inside the country will be made by registered, trackable mail. Generally, packages will arrive within a week of the day they were sent.
- We use registered, trackable post for all overseas shipments. Shipping costs are zone-specific:
- Shipping to Malaysia and Brunei is at an $8 fixed rate.
- Delivery to countries in Asia and the Pacific (other than Australia, Japan, and New Zealand) is a $15 fixed rate.
- Shipping to Australia, Japan, New Zealand, and the rest of the globe is only $25.
When you spend $150 or more, we will cover the cost of overseas shipping.
The estimated delivery time for international orders is two weeks (working days) from the date of shipment. The shipping process may take up to two weeks. This depends on the destination(s), location, and other circumstances. To ensure smooth delivery, please remember that customers are responsible for paying any customs, import fees, and taxes that may be due.
