Eduard De Guardiola founder of Vista Realty Partners has sold a 312 luxury garden apartment community, known as Ashley Vista Apartments, located on DeKalb Medical Parkway in Lithonia, a suburb of Atlanta, just off Interstate Highway 20, approximately 10 miles east of Atlanta’s Central Business District.
Completed and stabilized in 2002, Ashley Vista Apartments sold for $21,590,000 on February 28, 2003.
The Seller was represented by Ed Fish and Mike McGaughy of Gables Residential.
The Buyer, CMS Companies, assumed an existing FHA loan of approximately $18 Million Dollars.
Vista is an Atlanta-based real estate investment company specializing in the ownership and development of rental and for-sale multi-family housing throughout the Southeast.
